Hourly Rates and Fees

Attorney Keith Singer’s hourly rate is $360 per hour.

Paralegal services are charged at $150 per hour.

Payment by cash or check is preferred. Credit cards are accepted without fee for initial consultations. Thereafter, credit cards are accepted.

Fees for legal services vary depending on the complexity of the case and the attorney time anticipated.

Cases that settle are significantly less expensive than those that require trials.

Payment is expected prior to or at the time services are rendered
