Law Office of Keith A. Singer, PLLC (520) 795-1800
Mr. Singer embraces the belief cases are won by settling them. From your initial consultation with Mr. Singer, every client meeting and correspondence is considered preparation for your settlement.
Those who litigate family law matters and take them to trial spend thousands upon thousands more than those families committed to settlement from the outset. In addition, the costs of litigating family law cases extend far beyond the financial costs.
The Law Office of Keith A. Singer offers personally crafted solutions for your family law, divorce law, and child custody law issues. We emphasize quality, efficiency, and personal care.

law practice now focuses exclusively on settlements of family law matters.

You + Mr. Singer = Team Effort
Many of Mr. Singer’s cases have gone to trial and many have been settled. Mr. Singer is highly dedicated to working one-on-one with you every step of the way, or with both parties when serving as mediator, from your initial consultation to the drafting and filing of your final documents.
Preparation is Key
Proper preparation is one of the best and most effective ways to reach a favorable settlement. Mr. Singer’s successful outcomes in his cases are largely due to meticulous preparation of not only your case, but ensuring you are prepared every step of the way. Litigation is often avoided with good preparation.
Having spent many years preparing family law cases for trial and presenting these cases before courts and juries, Mr. Singer has the experience and knowledge to determine which cases are likely to win at trial and which cases are better settled out of court.
If your case is unlikely to win at trial, Mr. Singer will let you know before you spend thousands of dollars on a futile effort. Though not always pleasant to hear, this effort may save you time and money, not to mention months of aggravation.

Extra Curricular Activities
Outside of his family law practice, Mr. Singer is active in his community and spends quality time with his family. He has worked with youth and families since he was a teenager. In 2008, Mr. Singer fulfilled a childhood dream when he took an eight month sabbatical and sailed a 36 foot sailboat from Annapolis, Maryland to the Bahamas. His two golden retrievers enjoyed the trip, too. Today, he still enjoys sailing with his family in the Sea of Cortez.
